November is Pride month in Cordoba
Great news! The highly anticipated date for the 16th March for Pride and Diversity in Córdoba has been officially announced. This emblematic event will take place on November 11th, 2024, and promises to be a day of advocacy and celebration for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.
This march aims to raise awareness and demand progress in three important aspects to ensure the rights and equality of LGBTQ+ individuals in the province:
✅ Comprehensive Trans Law
✅ Rights for sex workers
✅ Anti-Discrimination Law
On November 16, 2024, at 12:00 PM at the intersection of Bv. Las Heras and Gral. Paz, the activities related to the Pride and Diversity March of the city of Córdoba will kick off. From that moment on, you can enjoy various activities, including a diversity entrepreneur fair, HIV and STI testing, and a dissenting picnic. At 4:00 PM, the march will start from Bv. Las Heras corner Gral. Paz, following Gral. Paz, passing through Colón and General Paz, Patio Olmo, and ultimately concluding at the Buen Pastor stage.
The Pride March in Córdoba follows a route of approximately ten blocks and takes about an hour and a half to complete on foot. At the end of the parade, a large stage awaits with music and artistic performances. The show typically concludes around 11 p.m. In some cases, there may be a second stage at a different location due to other organizations hosting their own festivals, but the main march remains unchanged.
